Return & Refund Policy – Callisto

At Callisto, we are committed to providing premium-quality fashion and a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Brief explanation of the concern

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings
  • Incorrect size selection made by the customer (please refer to our size guide before ordering)

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable if:

  • A wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to product availability.


Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to share valid bank account or UPI details for refund processing.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

Callisto reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
